Samsung:
Ultiro developed a new version for the conference room reservation system with an improved graphical interface for better reliability and usability. After successful testing, the updated system was deployed in Samsung’s Warsaw office, simplifying conference room reservations and enhancing resource management for employees.
How our Innovation Program works
In partnership with the National Board of Trade (Kommerskollegium), we support prominent startups from Ukraine and Moldova.
In this project, we advise 20 startups—10 from each country—and help them structure a strategy to scale up and sell their services in Sweden.
Based on our learning and market trends, we also write articles about our observations.
How We Build Ventures
We help developed startups validate and test their market fit. In addition, we assist in improving processes and reducing unnecessary expenses.
Paytack: Founded in 2018 in Sweden, Paytack is an omnichannel cashback loyalty platform that helps local businesses identify, connect with, and reward customers.
Paytota: An all-in-one payment platform solution, Paytota has built an ecosystem for online and mobile payment institutions, enabling people to digitally send and receive money. The technology is integrated with providers and acquirers from around the world to deliver a unified solution.
Nobon: Nobon is a platform that allows you to create your own private market. Use the platform to increase your revenue and unlock operational efficiencies. Nobon supports carbon credit projects in Africa to fund climate initiatives.

How everything started
Ultiro came to life in 2017 in Stockholm with the intention of providing the best opportunities to brilliant talents in East Africa. Inspired by the quote, “Brilliance is evenly distributed around the world but opportunities are not,” we have armed ourselves with a sense of purpose to bring more equality, driven by passion and ethics. The startups we developed and the people we helped to find good jobs remained sustainable and profitable after we moved on to other projects.
As we began to see things from a new perspective, innovation was just around the corner. One step leads to another, and good ideas meet opportunities, which is how we started venture building.
In the middle of the chaos of the Covid-19 pandemic, we refocused and grew through a partnership with Eversoft, a Polish company that provided the right branch to develop products in IT. Strategically speaking, developing products is better received in the market because a product produces more tangible results for clients than IT services.
Today, we help small and medium Fintech and InsurTech companies with venture building and finding their opportunities through innovation. It’s important to highlight that, more than being a vector of development, we are enablers connecting people to good ideas that lead to success in the Nordics, Eastern Europe, and East Africa.

It depends on many things: project scope, time spent on the project and technological issues. We know it sounds vague but its simply honest. Remember that each software project is different, especially if you had a particularly original idea. We do not want to give you an unrealistic estimate, instead we want to provide you with the best quality possible within your budget. To learn more about our pricing method read our blog entry.
