His background comes from banking, financial services and impact investment industries where he has structured, led, closed and managed multimillion dollar deals. He is the Co-founder of Ultiro a tech partner for InsurTech and and FinTech companies . He is also the co-founder of Investure and Nobon, impact investment and climate finance platforms, among others.

Mikael has +25 years experience of accelerating tech companies. Several leading roles within Sales, Marketing, Change Managment and Product Development. Industries like insurance, logistics, IT-security, telecom, martime-IT, satelite technology and field service.
